fkong777
I use a Zune80 for Video and MP3 source now. Just get the zune A/V and extra USB sync cable and the Cig to USB charger you are set to go. Only problem is getting video content in the Zune. It takes a long time to convert DVD to WMV. If you get the new Zune dock you can use a remote control.
Misterb
but if you do have an ipod, then this unit simply cannot be beat (the interface is just hands-down awesome)quote] I agree somewhat, except for what the hell was Pioneer thinking when they made the interface require the user to scroll through hundreds of pages of artist names to get to the one they want? If you've got 400 pages of artists, and the artist you want to play is in the middle, you literally have to press the down arrow 200 f'ing times to get to that artist. Or, you can hold the button down and listen to it beep 200 times and take an eternity to get there. You're also blindly doing this, as there is no indication of what part of the alphabet you are in. It's not as though this is a new concept either. The iPods have all had a polished interface to quickly jump to the part of the alphabet you want. Are you listening Pioneer? Come up with a patch please.
HiFiSi
No, of course Pioneer isn't listening. And there's pretty much no way they're ever going to release a patch/software upgrade for a unit that's on the verge of being phased out for the next gen model.
