Hi there , I'm from Australia and have a F10bt Pioneer head unit with the update to make it a F20bt which was firmware and stuff as I understand it. However I am just wondering if its possible to crack the CNSD-210FM Australian Maps so's that i can install them on mine as I have a friend who has purchased them and used the serial or device number already on his but sadly can not on mine.

As I am only new to this forum just wondering if its possible and if so how do I go about doing this to mine? And also hopefully not Bricking my head unit. As having read the forums I am not sure if i can ........ or what has to be done exactly. If you could help It would much appreciated or if you could put me onto someone that can would be very grateful.......

I have already installed all files, so my system is version 2004 now however i now have to wait 5 days until the maps are finished downloading. Can someone please upload the files to a different server or as a torrent so i can download it at once.

The only problem I have now is the Bleutooth doesnt update to 3.22.

Its downgrade from 3.11 to 3.10 and if I install the update to 3.22 at a moment it says ''Update Failure''

Take a look at the CNSD-210FM upgrade instructions from Pioneer, pg 25. It says to install 3.10 (SD1) only on top of 2.50. If you were already @ 3.11, just install 3.22 from SD2. Not sure why they made it so complicated, or even if this is your problem. First thing I'd do is try another SD, then another computer/SD writer. Otherwise, I guess your stuck with 3.10. No big loss AFAIK.

I'm finding myself in trouble again i finally managed to download the cnsd-210fm map pack but now when i unzip part 32 and open sd1 it only shows me 2 files while every manual says i should see 3 files.. i already tried to update with just the 2 parts but it didnt work..

did anyone experienced that when a phone call come in the mute won't work? This happened with me after the upgrading. I even can't change the measure of the mute. When I touch the mute doesn't happen anything, it shows nothing, I mean the 10dB, 20dB or so.

Please let me know if someone else experienced the same and found solution.

Im in a similar position with the CNSD upgrade, I got my CNSD files from usenet.

I have my F9220 running v2004 now, but when i insert the SD card with the updated maps on, nothing happens.

For info, i had an SD1 and SD2 folder. I have wiped my SD card, and just copied the contents of the SD1 folder (Firmware, Update and CARDINFO.cif) to the SD card, nothing else is on the card. Should there also be the content from the AVICZ110 on the SD card, or JUST these 2 folders with their contents and the CARDINFO file?

Are you sure you have CNSD210-FM, and not CNSD110-FM? That would explain why it doesn't update (version 2.00 < 2.004)

You are correct, the 1st SD should just have the contents of SD1 in it's root. Not the SD1 folder.

Otherwise keep trying. Use another 4GB card, fresh Fat32 format. BTW, the AVIC sometimes has problems with the larger capacity SD cards.

Yep, pretty sure its the 210. Will try a bit more and see what happens.

interesting how i managed to do the other update (2 - 2.4) with the SD card though, would have thought it would be OK then to do the next bit?

what will happen if I am on the f10 ( z110 ) and go directly to CNSD-210FM? without upgradin to CNSD-110FM ? will it fit?

I downloaded the US version and install the 120FM EU version .

I have an f20bt and cant seem to get it to update from version 2.000 to ver2.0003 or 2.0004, it does not even try to upgrade to 2.0003, just starts up as normal untill the 2.0004 version sd card is inserted and that fails after reaching 100%

(approx 2 mins)

I have tried several sd cards all formatted to fat32 with default allocation.

bluetooth is 3.10fw but this upgrades and downgrades ok

is there any other way of getting this to upgrade I would love some newer maps/apps

Probably you are already running 2.003. Just skip this and install the patched 2.004 (which is just 2.003 + two files). One file adjusts the version to 2.004 - so that it can be installed over 2.003 if necessary. The other file hacks the password check for your next upgrade (CNSD210-FM).

BTW, did you follow the instructions to display the hidden Application Version screen?

You're right, I was trying to patch a already 2.003 patched firmware. I followed the instructions #10 to #16 (it took 30 mn to patch map) , now everything is fine.

My screen showed "Version : 2.000" with 2.003 or 2.004, now it shows "Version 3.000".

I tried to display the hidden application screen, pressed the title a LONG time, but nothing happens. It's a french version, European map, does it change anything ?

For how long do I have to press "System information" ?

I have a F9210BT, I have started from Step 9 and successfully updated it.

After reading and trying lot is my F20BT updated to 2004.

CNSD-210 downloaded and put on a 4 gig sd.

But the weird thing is that I have my bluetooth can update the map update, but apparently not seen as I am a SD instead.

There anywhere I can see what card I have sitting in

Possibly the previous owner it updated.

You can set program language and Voice language.

Or are you asking about the installation instructions?
