So the problem I'm having is whenever I skip a song forward the track skips reverse. It doesn't do it all the time but probable about 70% of the time. Avic 7000

Just got my 7000 back from Pioneer today. Removed the factory in my Toyota Tundra and hooked up the Pioneer. Turned the key and nothing. I double checked to see that all the cables were connected but couldn't find out what the problem was. Any help here?

I rarely use my navigation as well. Google is up to date and far superior.

All my album art appears on my 7000. I just went online and downloaded a tagging application.

How did u get a free 2015 q3 update. I just updated my 7000 and it's dated Jul 2014

You guys with that error screen. It has to be sent back to Pioneer to be fixed. Hopefully your under warranty.

I had that software issue with the last update. Actually a few of us with the 7000 model had that error.

That's what happens to me on the last update. Kinda makes me just wanna stick with what I have now. I ended up sending mine off to Pioneer. Took 3 weeks to get back. It was also a 7000 NEX. I'm more interested in map updates then AvicSync.

It took me well over an hour to download it. I just put it on an USB stick but yet to install.

Yeah....kinda iffy from the last update. I bricked my unit and had to send it in. I'll pay much attention to detail this time. It states parking brake must be on and plugged into USB port one. I didn't even check with port and didn't apply the parking brake last time.

Question for people who have updated their devices. Can I use a USB stick to udate versus a card? Also can I go from firmware 1.08 straight to 1.11?
