Can you list the steps to transfer contacts from the iPhone please? Edit = O I C you are transferring the contacts through test mode I was hoping you were able to bluetooth the contacts now... D3 owner

Ipod Classic which is 6 Gen will play video but with firmware 1.02 only. Works perfectly for me.

I used Memorex DVD+R DL 2.4x

Everything works as stated. Downloaded,Extracted,Burnt ISO with Nero, loaded in D3, updating.... Success.

make sure you do not have shuffle on and you unplug and replug the cable back it when you start the video or movie on the ipod.

Incorrect the classic can work with cd-i200 cable as long as you have firmware version 1.02 installed on your ipod you are golden. audio/video will work flawlessly.

downgrade firmware 1.02 on the ipod and you can use the ipod cable for audio and video instead of the aux. I don't think the classic uses the headphone jack to pass video.

Firmware 1.02 works perfectly fine. People have been downgrading from the most recent because it has problems. You will only benefit by having 1.02 install because you will have video.

Ipod Classic works perfectly find if you have 1.02 firmware any other firmware you are screwed. Now the classic is shipping with 1.1.1 and I am having a heck of a time downgrading for a friend of mine have had no luck at all. tried different versions of itunes tried the hold the shift key nothing works. Might need to try it with Win Xp vs Vista

Using firmware 1.02 and keeping shuffle off video displays perfectly. Just unplug and then plug it back it and you are good to go.
