Hi abb....the new update is owsome. I want to pont out 3 problems with it. Firs the scrolling street name is not working I put it on and it gets stuck not moving (on previous update V3.0 was working perfect). Second the tilt screen is stuck either on 70% without text.sys and 90% with the text.sys. Is there anyway to change it my self at 80% on the text.sys file? And last is the speed camera is not working for Toronto, Mississauga area. Abb let me know when u get in Toronto...I would love to give you 1..2..4...7..... Beers..

Hey Abb congratulations...as allways you have golden hands and mind. Usualy the people at pioneer doing software get paid a lot of money and you do this for free for all of us. I am driving my friend crazy with all this updates, one owns a 2010 mercedes C320 but his maps and menu are so dull and boring. When I show my AVIC they get blown by the colors and options you provide with the new updates.. Thanks Abb!!! I guess no one is able to find any info on Europe Maps..I was looking for some websites like avic411.com (Europe Version) but looks like Europe is not much interested in tweaking their AVIC's. If someone has any links where can I get these maps please let me know. I am very desperate to get these maps. I called Pioneer and they told me we do not support and sell these maps. Thanks

Hi all, I am desperate to get the European maps for Avic Z2 or 3. I will ship my car to Europe next week and I need the Europe maps. I remember long time ago someone posted a link how to get those maps but I didn’t pay attention. I had no intention of selling my car at the time. I mostly opened this topic for new 3D icons on Z2..and on the way I showed my changes that I made. I am just curious of how many new 3D icons are out there on Z2. Avic Z2 has the same code as windows. I am not to familiar with cracking the code but some guys in here can even change the color of the menu and different buttons on Z2 or Z1. About the DAY and NIGHT horizon images I will post the original and made ones here. After that it is very easy to add something on it. You need to have an unlocked drive to do this.

The new icons that I noticed are a baseball field 3D, golf field 3D and at the airport a 3D airplane but other than that nothing special. I don’t see anything what pioneer had showed on the photo in their web site. I don’t see any higher grounds or anything that would show 3D or different colors between buildings. Hi Guys.... I looked all over the forum and I didn't see any cons or pross for MK1032GAX 100GB Toshiba. Originally I didn't want this 100GB size but I found one with a very good price. Since I'm the only one who had this problem as far as I know, I would guess yes, you would lose your info and most likely your unit. It would have to be sent back to pioneer for repair. I didn't have to do that because before I installed the update I pulled the drive out, unlocked the hard drive (with the $50 utility) and backed up all 4 partitions on the hard drive and was able to restore my hard drive from my previously saved backups. If I hadn't done that, I would have needed to send my Z1 back to Pioneer and I would bet they would have wiped the drive and reloaded it back to stock

For some reason I cant delete or modify my songs on HDD. I remember I only had to pres that button on tuch screen that looks like a newspaper and from there I could change everything. I also tried on Locked and Ulocked HU and soft reset but I am not getting anywhere . I have a Z1 dated March 2006 Thanks for any help
