  1. mine froze alot so had to return it and get a refund - 20% restocking fees.
  2. chances are, he will sell the unit on ebay or craigslist "as is" and then disappear.
  3. The stupid HTC pc6800 has WM6 and it doesn't sync correctly to the btb200. I'm sure you recieved the "invalid devide" error message, correct? You have to download jetware mobile software http://www.jetwaremobile.com and download the 30day trial software. Try it and it should fix your problem. The only downside is that after 30 days, you will be locked out of the program so you're going to have to buy it. Instructions: Step 1: Go to your phone, tap on "internet explorer" and type in jetwaremobile.com Step 2: Download the 1.31 version which has a "click here to install" link.
  4. ehhh I've had the kenwood DNX8120 series and was sick of the screen freezing over and over during navigation and/or video/audio playback. Got the d3 for 600 with everything and haven't gotten a problem except for the stupid antenna adapter from scosche which was bad. Some people like Pioneer, some poeple like Kenwood, some people like JVC. However, there is this saying all over the world: "Never buy a first-year product because chances are, they will be full of bugs". You people should know this by now. It comes with all electronics. I've seen the f series in action in my buddy's tc and wasn't
  5. Got my metra radio harness. Hooked it up and viola. But it sounds cutoff at time as if a wire is touching something metal which causes a static noise. Oh well, I can live with that. Time to fully try it out tonight when I head to work
  6. They're all fine. I'm getting a metra antenna harness to replace this scosche. I mean, I wonder why it's clear when I'm at home yet when I'm 2 miles away(whether it's north, south, east, west), the reception goes non-existant lol.

  8. buying and selling products "as-is"? Again, Piracy should not be okay. We've all done it but making money off this website? GTFO
  9. ^ Guess you don't know about ebay
  10. These are mine: Splash Screen and AV Background
  11. sell your sh!t on ebay or craigslist. What you're doing will shut down this website due to allowance of piracy goods to be sold. A DVD-RW will cost 25 cents. Postage will cost 2 bucks.
  12. funny how pioneer aftermarket products come with bugs the first year. Ever heard of this old advice when buying a car "Never buy a car when it just came out". You willl get bugs and alot of TBS for your car. It will be the same for electronics. Pioneer makes alot of products for Acura/Honda, Toyota/Lexus, Nissan/Infiniti. Yet you see Pioneer get it right. Why? Because when the units are installed in the automobiles, it comes with a clean installation from the factory. Most, if not all, have voice-recognition navigation unit (technology package for luxury cars) error-free and it recognizes ever
  13. You just passed up on a deal. CC had them listed for 599.99 + tax and they also had a 10% off rebate (6UAJYYKARV) and $10 off with coupon 5MAFFHSA5Q. Sadly, they both expired. It was for Father's day. i just checked Circuit city website and they ran out of the avic-d3. They have the f series for sale though
  14. i'll give you one for free if you teach me how to copy it
  15. so I rechecked my wiring and tap the blue wire on the antenna adapter to the blue connector on avic wiring for the antenna then tap it into the acc wire since I have the glass antenna. Unit stays on all the time(no key on the ignition). I don't know what's going on really so I cut that wire and hooked the blue wire to the blue wire adaptor and I get the same signal loss when im 2 miles away from home.
  16. Antenna has two leds and I bought the adapter. Antenna wire from the d3 is hooked up to the Antenna adapter. My car is a 2006 Honda Civic EX with glass antenna. And Yes, I installed the booster correctly.
  17. I got you covered VSS is #14 In case you don't have your manual for the d3(looking at the plug with wires on the front) If you buy the metra kit, these are the pinouts (from looking at the plug with the wires on the back)
  18. I hooked everything up right, i get decent sound from FM but AM is shot. So, my problem is this. I live in NYC and I get good FM reception once I'm on my driveway parked. But as soon as I put my car on Drive and start driving, the quality decreases and reception cuts off. I went to my job 15 miles away from home(Long Island) and as I got further away, I would get NO RECEPTION AT ALL. FM is shot and AM is shot. I thought it might've been a loose connection and blamed it on it but once I got close home, I would get signal from the FM. As I'm 2 miles from my house, i got full FM reception with
  19. nvm got it to work... had to do abit more searching and found my answer. Apologies for being lazy on the search function but it's my birthday lol
  20. Hello guys! Well, today I decided to not be lazy and install the d3 I have on a 2006 civic sedan(EX model). It has 6 speakers(it actually has 4 and 2 tweets). I ran all the wires and did the bypass. Everything works except I have no sound at all. I got the unit for 500 and the bluetooth + ipod + remote control + all the harnesses for my car and dash kit for 150 more(everything new, navi included). I tested everything and all my connections are perfect. Navigation works, ipod works, bluetooth works, radio works but I have no sound at all. I have read that the factory amp have to be wired t
