Just wanted to bump this? Any luck anyone else ? I'd hate to get a whole new unit for charging everything else works fine and our system s still very capable

i searched somewhere and saw that it will only charge if connected to a official apple composite av cable w/ lightning adapter... i have a stock pioneer 30 pin av cable with official apple lightning to 30 pin adapter.. i can get audio to play but no charging and video capablities... can someone else chime in to confirm?

I got a f700 pioneer cable with apple lighting adapter cant get charging to work? Can anyone else get it to? Do I need the av composite cable from apple ???

very good question i am kinda in the same boat... ive been loving my 3.1 update thanks again avic forums!!! on my f700!! now i just was curious to see if there was something new so it looks like 4.X + is it! very interested in installing in my system as well... any other words of advice ?

might be too late.. but 310 KREATIONS in gardena does a great job and they did mine in my mercedes ML..... and they dont charge you an arm and a leg esp since you got your unit elsewhere unlike some other installers..... 310 Kreations 14405 Crenshaw Blvd Gardena, CA 90249 (310) 675-7710

i purchased my f700 off ebay and pioneer provided warranty on my item when i had issues and submitted it....i just included my invoice from ebay with my unit when submitted...

damn i was just thinking this today.. i got my unit back from pioneer and iw as just thinking jesus how nice would it be to have that annoying route box gone when there is no route.... i think ill have to go back to a moded data.zip....

ok finally got around to taking stuff out and rechecking my work... this was the exact problem i mixed up the front and rear outs from the headunit to the amps... problem solved... thanks!!!!

GOT my unit back from pioneer... this is not a item issue!!! it has to do with installation.... i am headed back to my installer to see what is the problem.. i dont have a factory amp.. so maybe it has to do with a connection to my amps? probably different signal or something with rcas? ill figure it out soon hopefuly

it was properly connected im sure... because it was working for at least a week until one day it just stopped.. and alot of audio functions work fine.. its just specific system sounds and stuff coming from the navi itself. and my non working parts are still under warranty.. so i guess ill just take a claim up with pioneer

no navi voice... no button key noises.... no audio sound back from callers when hooked to blue tooth.. other that that everything else works fine yea i have mine currently turned all the way up.. and those settings for atleast a few minutes... turning off the car and back on etc.... any other suggestions?

WOOW... after some search i finally find the exact same problems... just bumping this to see if anyone has a fix yet for this???? i havnt tried uploading a USB with sound but that sounds like a temp fix as well???? deffective units???? should i bother with submitting my unit back to pioneer for service/return????

OK I HAVE 2 issues with my avic f700 1. up until about 2 or 3 days ago... the turn by turn navigation voice went out..... it will still mute my radio... but i dont hear the robotic voice telling me turn right or exit here etc..... all my other sound works fine.... i reset my entire unit i have no wallpaper edited DATA FILES etc.... i hit reset and even tried uploading the original FIRMWARE 2.0 back on it... edit just noticed i dont hear the buttons either... those annoying beeps? 2. pairing with my iphone couldnt be any easier.. however i cant hear the person im calling in my s

hey there mikeedge.... thanks again for the file i am loving the mods you compiled here... they are awesome... I TOO AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE with no sound......... my navigation cuts off my music but i hear no master voice.... when i hit the mute button.... it obviously cuts out all navigation sound so my music does not get interrupted while in route mode... but resuming audio (for navigation directions) it will simply just mute my music audio but not say anything??? i have a US AVIC F700 unit......... any help guys? edit: also where is the thread to do requests an

also just to toss in there..... i recently recieved my ipod cable with everything properly hooked up... and had no sound.... couldnt figure it out.... but then realized i forgot to turn on the audio for input 1 in the settings menu..... had me guessing for atleast 10-15 mins.....

You should see quite a few there. Try using a different color scheme. Default ones make buildings (not landmarks) very transparent. One of the Real View ones should be good. This of course assumes that you have both hacked EzRider, a license file, and .3DC files for California... are the license files specific to a state? i got the license file from the other thread... and i checked the .3dc files... seems like i have every file for every state in the country.... ill try the color scheme thing...

Yea it's from as card I'm waiting on my iPod cable in the mail. Ehh. So I guess I'll just run video from the iPhone when I can I was hoping to playback on sd card . Avi has same lag issues

so i have a bunch of movies / shows/ etc on my computer .... they are all MP4 format videos and when they play back the audio is off sync with the video and it seems to lag when playing back? any suggestions with why this is so? i have yet to test avi files.

Only frequencies. Yet another great mystery of "what was Pioneer thinking?!" ehh i thought as much... something so simple yet so huge in terms of DUH!.... now someone come out with a hack to correct this ASAP!
