our XM rep told me that they expect dual tuners to be available sometime around spring of 09. yeah the Best of XM and the Best of Sirius packages will allow you to get 6 or 7 extra stations but with a dual tuner you will be able to get everything on both. so I wouldnt say there is no need for a dual tuner but it really will vary from person to person. depends on what your needs are.

according to the manual and according to our Pioneer rep and according to my recent attempts to try this: the answer is no. you can only choose artist, album, or genre with VR.

i have a smiliar issue with some POIs here in Virginia as well. specifically I selected a Best Buy from the POI list which is in a shopping center off of Interstate 95. the nav directed me to basically pull over on the shoulder of 95 and told me I had reached my destination. In other words, it didnt direct me to exit 95 and make the 2 or 3 necessary turns to get into the shopping center.

the more files you have on your ipod the longer it will take. ive heard it can take up to 5 minutes if you have a large ipod packed with songs and videos. you may have already thought of that but i wanted to suggest it just in case that hadnt crossed your mind.

i agree with everything. the knob is too shallow. a rubber ring around it would help with grip when using your finger tips and it is not always easy to push it straight in for VR. not much can be done but i thought i'd give my input.

my 4 gig Nano fails about once a day as well. It always connects from the start but it will just randomly lose connection while I am listening to it.
