  1. I have an '05 Corvette that the installer did not hook up the illumination wire either...although I am not adept at electronics I think I could handle what I think may work to make my day/night start functioning. I have auto on/off headlights which are triggered by the ambient light sensor on the dash; will the day/night function work if I connect the illumination wire from the nav into the ambient light sensor wiring? If so, which wire should I use?
  2. Would tapping into one of the wires for the C6 Corvette Interior Dash Automatic Light Sensor on the dashboard?
  3. Same thing happens with my iPhone4...I have just learned to live with it.
  4. You can set the Home location anytime you want.
  5. I had an x920BT installed by a local shop with no apparent problems and the unit works fine except the screen does not dim at night. I have the Day/Night Display set to Automatic but the screen never changes; it's always bright. The installer says it's because the car's CAN doesn't use 12v power to the auto dim functions. Suggestions welcome.

  7. I see that Pioneer has issued a firmware update. Has anyone done it yet? If so, any problems?
  8. Okay, I am officially nominating myself for the "Dunce of the Year" Award. For some unexplained reason, in all of the previous attempts to get the PioneerLink working, I left out the last step in process by not pressing either the Artist, Album, Song on the nav screen. I was putzing around in the car tonight in preparation for a drive on Saturday and for some reason I tried it again and pressed on the Artist and voila' it worked. I am such a douchenozzle... Thanks for the help...
  9. Check page 153 of the Owner's Manual (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/Stati ... al0129.pdf)
  10. I am not using iOS4; verison is 3.1.3 and update to date according to iTunes. Here is what I am doing: I verify that I am logged into Pandora and am hearing audio; I start the PioneerLink and the display reads "Plug-in to your Pioneer Now"; I plug in my iPhone; I press the "Pandora" icon on the nav screen; after a few seconds, the display shows "No active stations". The only way I can get Pandora to play through the nav is to exit PioneerLink and directly link the Pandora app but I do not see any artist, album, song data or album art. What am I doing wrong?
  11. UPDATE!! No luck; same results. What should I do now?
  12. Same here...no problems with my SanDisk microSD card.
  13. I do have both apps on my iPhone and will follow your suggestions. I will update tomorrow.
  14. I recently had an X920BT installed. I have been using Pandora for about a month prior to having the nav installed and downloaded/installed the Pioneer PandoraLink from the iTunes to my iPhone but I am having some issues. First issue (Pandora application): If I press the "Pandora" button on the nav, it tells me to start the application on my mobile device and when I select the app, it starts to play through the nav but the album art does show on the nav screen. Second issue (Pioneer PandoraLink): If I press the "Pandora" button on the nav, it tells me to start the application on my mob
