Can you use the navi side? for example maps? It sounds like you havent really completed the process. You have an EU version of the avic correct? the .img file you are trying to load is a UC version, which is for US and Canada which wont work for your model. You need an EW SDMLC file image i believe. I will try and get a new torrent file with all the pieces you will need for this later today (it will probably be tomorrow morning for you in Europe).

no worries, its the thought that counts and someone else will find this and use it. I created a torrent somewhere for a 900bt with all the 3.0 files I had. Looks like I need to do this again. The real issue with people on this forum is that they dont use the search, or read any other posts there will be 50 posts my F(320-910) is bricked how do you fix it? Whre are the files? Where is this? people you need to read t here are so many before you with the same problem, I understand you are upset your unit has crashed you are stressed and want it fixed. you need testmode 2.3 or better. codding and chamging rom are two totally different things. you need to be able to real code in order to mod.... better off using what others have done and build off of that once you understand how things work just my .02

I would go back and turn off and thhen turn back on all the warnings. They work for me with 4.0

are you using an appropriate database editor? It should not be encrypted data.

this is just for bluetooth? and only happened after you did an update? Go on pioneers website and see if you can download the bluetooth update by itself and re install it

you need to create an account its only paid if downloading at higher speeds and lots of files. you have to wait 20 secs to doownload a free one. the file you want is the 3rd sdmlc one that doesnt say re it contains 3 sdmlc files RE=rus EW=eu UC=us/can i am not positive as these are not my files. for whatever reason i cant find my copies and had to download off carvers server 4shared account. i believe these are the correct files though for each region. download and use 7zip for zipping and opening avic files this is US only

at what screen is it powering down at? the service mode? are you entering the code correcty and right away?

are your stored music fm/am chanels lost as well? if so sounds like a loose constant power wire

did you make a backup before you started playing around? if so find your backup files on your comp you need to go to apl2/igo/content and copy maps pio and place them into the same locations on the hybrid update. where did you get your update sfware?

so very even gets to please wait startup in process? is this a us or eu model? id grab the maps out of my backup place them in correcrt files on computer within the 4.001 then format SD card and place all files on card. try it that way

sounds like an errorin the phone try forgetting and repairing bluetooth if no luck id bet its a software problem on phone end since its the item rebooting

check antenna satelite signal. Sounds like you arent getting one. Try going to an open parkinglot with no tree coverage and restarting car let it sit for a minute or two (mine sometimes takes till I am out of my neighborhood, I have a wranger and if the hardtop is covering the antena it takes longer then if the top is off). After about 2 mins hit the map button again to see if it finds your rlocation (I sometimes need to hit map to get it to locate me) try this for about 4/5 minutes and see if this helps. If after this point you havent been picked up go to settings, navi settings, gps sig

sounds like you made an error or your system is having a bad time with the files. Re downlaod and re install to make sure nothing is currupt. make sure you have freshly formatted SD card before you put it on.

Did you install maps into apl2/igo/content? Make sure you have maps placed in appropriate folder. Did you follow the instrcutions exactly? Did you make a backup of your Avic like you were supposed to? Is this the first time youve done a mod?

It over writes many but not all. Maybe put your backup on to give you a fresh start then do the mod.

X2 on make sure in av settings make sure AV1 is set to iPod. Try putting a a few songs on a thumb drive and plug it in. See what happens

My apl3 folder is empty pre Daftia's mod haven't checked post but in the mod I made back in the day I only had in apl
