djmixmac Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 I wonder what upgrade they are going to do for Z owners. Our interface is a bit outdated. I like the colorful and 3d interface on the AVIC F500BT. For the Z3, can a simple upgrade disc change our interface or is that too complex to do off of a simple DVD for Z1/Z2 owners? whtcrxghst Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 The Z3 was in Pioneer's brochure at the CES booth. No hardware changes, just a software update like the Z1->Z2. They also said they will show more navigation in April and it will be released mid-year, so I would guess that is the D3 replacement.
