S4
Finally got around to do this and it's absolutely working just fine. Combined with blank .wav files for button sounds GUI is so fast now. There is no lag anywhere
jonofmac
I also have the F90BT and have started modding it. For some reason in 2.0, I can't get any changes I make to WinCE to stay, I don't get it. It's not that I drag the memory bar too far to a certain side because I disable the error reporting and once I boot back into WinCE, ram was reset as well as the error reporting is turned back on. Is there some special thing I have to do? I press the OK button instead of the X, but i'm stumped by this!
mtbjoe
Same here. Have the F90 and the changes won't take. Tried it a number of times and followed the directions exactly but it resets every time. Maybe they "fixed" this with the 2.0 release.
etnpnys
Is this confirmed to have an effect in 2.0 firmware or no?

etnpnys
i think it works for me, try it out for yourself and then you tell us  I was more just wondering if this is a change that was necessary in the 1.x firmware that Pioneer made permanent in the 2.0 firmware - and now EVERYBODY has it done... dcu1976
I have done this a number of times and I also can't get my unit to keep the settings, I have moved the slide in both directions and after reboot and back into testmode, everything is as it was before I messed with it, I was just wondering if anyone figured it out yet, my unit is 2.0 from Pioneer.
