So far, I found 2 problems, 1- SD Mp3 keep freezing randomly (remove and reinsert sd works). 2- On the MAP there is no street name display over map in 3D mode. Otherwise, works flawless. Dunno about 1 but 2 I fixed. Download the 3.01 update from pioneers website and apply the color schemes from that update. They are located in APL2 -> IGO -> CONTENT -> SCHEMES. The SD MP3 thing may be solved by applying the APL folder from the same 3.01 update. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I'm currently running the 3.01 latest update, and it really is like a brand new Unit!!! Enjoying the F Series once again... boot and response time is awesome! cranbers Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 I have the 3.01 schemes but I still dont have street names on 3d. Any one else still having this problem even after the 3.01 update? I noticed the street names dont come up if you are at too high of an elevation, i zoom in one or two times and it appears. Otherwise they are not there just the lines for roads. One thing I noticed when updating my WinCE files - when entering the service mode, on the blue screen it said "press the reset button" Don't, just do the password at this point and it will get you into the service mode. That would be nice! Tried update from SD 2 times - failed at Map update - red error screen. From Testmode 2.3- Finally just copied/replaced all files from that LPU main folder APL, APL2, etc rebooted and reset - worked like a charm. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
