VBLUE42
They couldn't just do it right in the first place? They did the same thing with the first F series update that was suppose to address all of the serious issues with that unit when it was released. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. bit_bucket
I think the problem is they have other components in place when they test it. What happens is that they release it to the public without those files. I bet it is a hidden file that is needed. We shall see.
JasonH
The update has been fixed.
murphdawg
Indeed, it uploaded to the unit right away.
Stomu
Seems to work for me as well, nice to see this problem get resolved. Thanks for the help.
fellito
This time it uploaded right away. Now, after the process I checked the version and it says 01.00000 instead of 1.00000. I believe they meant to say 1.01000 but unit still works fine. I can live with that, I guess. This a very serious forum. Pioneer's quality products lacked support, but this forum complements it just right. Good job guys!
murphdawg
I didn't bother checking the application version after the update. I guess I should do that.
RATM
If you want to see the software version after you do the update go into the Service Informatio screen then press and hold the top left corner of the screen (The hammer icon) and it should show the application version as 1.
chubbykai
whats included in the update? is it just updating the parking error message? just to be clear this isnt from the 110 to the
murphdawg
Yes, I believe just the error message. This is not the 110 to 120 update. That is not available yet
