An earlier post said the Crutchfield 15% discount code 3A185 works til Feb 28th. I ordered with it on the day it was originally supposed to expire and got the discount. Bottom line is there is probably still another day left on the discount program. It's worth a shot.

Juice925, It's not about being suckered into buying accessories? We're talking about saving serious money here!

You can get a D3 with an Sirius and an XM receiver (or two XM/Sirius receivers) for under $1049 after the 15% coupon. You could then sell the receivers to get some of the money back, and you'd save a chunk of change after that. Don't forget you're also saving by not paying sales tax by ordering from Crutchfield (unless you live in VA or a retail tax free state).

For me, instead of paying $999 + $50 tax at my local retailer, I got the D3 with XM NavTraffic (which alone is about $200 retail), Sirius Receiver, the iPod cable and a Trim removal tool for $1110 SHIPPED. What a sweet deal, and I didn't even use a $20 coupon!

Had to follow suit, just ordered with the 15% discount.

AVIC-D3

GEX-P10XMT XM-NavTraffic Receiver (to get stocks and sports updates)

CD-BTB100 - Bluetooth receiver

and a crimp tool for good measure.

All in all, $1180

Just as a side note, I was reading Crutchfields hands on review of the CD-BTB100, and it sounds just as capable at the 200 model coming out soon. The 100 model still can support music, phone book transfer, voice dialing and more - that's all i am ever going to need.

Here is what Pioneer customer service told me about the difference between the BTB100 and 200:

"No additional bluetooth functions. However, I am told the BTB200 uses a differently chipset, with higher security. This means it more compatible with newer bluetooth phones. "
