Hello,
I wanted to use a dock for iphone, which connect the apparadio. Has anyone tried if it works?

it should work! since dock is like an extention cable, it does not change the signal along the way from the input to the phone. Plus, it works like a 2-way bridge as well.

If I were you I wouldnt worry about that.

I tried this. The problem with it is that it provides no support when you turn, so your phone goes left and right in a very scary fashion. DIdn't fall off for me, buuuut that's because I didn't let it. I go proclip for my in car iPhone docks. They aren't cheap, but they are worth the money.

I would like to round up and put it in the cup holder. It would be very convenient to connect flight. Work even that's not original?

nope - i've been looking for ages at dock options but none of them seem to work.

 

you need a passthrough type mount but still can't seem to get any of it to work

I got this dock for my iPhone 5. The Digital AV adapter Cable plugs right into the bottom so it works great with the AppRadio. This only works with the iPhone 5 though and it's not cheap.

I used to a slightly different version of the proclip iPhone 4S case. It works fine with the appradio.

good idea but take care of original cable...i'l wait for my extension cable dockxtender, this week end...

i confirm cable jive dockxtender works !!! it let you protect then the original appradio cable

I pasted in the cup holder and it works perfectly!
