I'm still waiting for it to come in the mail, but were you able to get updated Japan maps on it yet? That's my main concern, but if I can help extract the files for a translation I'm happy to try and get those.

Unfortunately not being able to copy and paste any files yet. Can't even find the language files! Hope you can find a way to solve the problem :)

Hi all, I'm new here. I have a 2012 Pioneer Avic mrz 009 in Japanese. I read all pages and this exactly what I wished! Conversion to English. I have tried to use all files here and i can't get to the test mode because this particular version doesn't have the navigation button, when i insert the SD Card with files it returns

CAUTION!

TEST MODE FAILED STARTING!

[Turn off ACC]

Dear DZO do you have any idea of how to get to the test mode of this particular model? I will glad for any help.

Thank you.

Hello.

I have MRZ05. Have read all the posts and got to the stage where I have copied the file from the SD card but it does not allow me to paste it to the langdata folder.

The "paste" option is greyed out and cannot be selected.

Can anybody please advise ?

Thank you

Странно, ÑÐµÑ€Ð¸Ñ mrz обычно не запрашивает код Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð±Ð»Ð¾ÐºÐ¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐºÐ¸. Сделай фото и выложи Ñюда, ну а мы поÑмотрим

Dear DZO,

I have the same problem of inactive paste option. I have followed all the procedures , watched that youtube video of how to copy paste in test mode, but with no luck. I can copy your file from the SD,but whenever I change the directory, the paste option becomes inactive. I can only copy and paste in the same folder or directory.

Any help?

Posted Nov 16, 2017 · 14:57 UTC#344

Ok atlast I have been able to paste but now arises a new problem. After pasting I'm not seeing the new lang file -_+

Anyone?

try again to make copy, then you should go user / prg 0, prg1 / apl / langdata and press paste, it should work. sorry for bad english

My version is mrz09. Should i delete the existing File pf090jpjpn.lng or pf110jpjpn.lng? And replace with new lang file to change japanese to english?

Any one figured out how to manipulate the navigation data like this language data file?

I have Pioneer Carrozzeria AVIC MRZ 09. I simply used the automatic updater by DZO which changed most of the stuff  from Japanese to English. See post # 59 by DZO. Download the zip file unzip into a flash disk (say 4 GB) , plug in the unit and the rest is installed automatically. Restart to see changes.

I wonder if there is anyone who has managed to set local time in this unit. It always sets itself to Japanese time zone.

Ð’Ñ€ÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¸ дату уÑтанавливать в 29 пункте, но Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñтого нужно отключить gps антенну и обеÑточить магнитоллу на 3-5 минут.
