1. Resize it to 500 X 240 and bam its your background.
2.
22 hours from ny to disney? Were you doing 40 or something
Took me 20 hours to disney from LI
3. 5000$ later and having my entire car torn apart. I think I'll stick with my n3
4. ^^ He said it twice so you know its important.
5. I'd definitely spring for a D3 if I could fit it in my car, it seems like a great deal.
6. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com might be a good start.
7. Nope, aside from all blue buttons on the n3 instead of green ones on the N1. I have an N3 and my friend has an N1 (upgraded to n3 software). They do the same thing. As for the ipod interface, its really not worth it. Its still slow to scroll through names, and if I have the screen up I think that displaying the map looks cooler then the ipod screen. If the display showed the album covers, then it would be pretty cool but as it is, its not worth paying 275$ for.
8. The search doesn't tend to work here for me. Sometimes I've typed in the word "Avic" and gotten no results.
9. Its like they're trying to appeal to overprotective mothers and christian conservatives so the NAB can come out as the group of heros trying to protect common decency.
10. What a heap of shit. That kind of crap really pisses me off. Howard Stern is not Sirius. Not everyone who has sirius listens to him. Satellite radio is not a 13.95 per month service for "offensive programming" And "Executive Vice President Dennis Wharton" is NOT an arrogant pompous jackass trying to protect his own interests. But he does apparently get to decide what "offensive programming" is...
11. Audio Planet in Huntington on Jerico Turnpike.
12. 1. Yeah but I bet those savings won't come back to help the customers. 2. If they're going to improve technology, perhapes a stonger antenna? I'd like to have continuous music even if I happen to drive under a tree. 3. Ok still nothing beneficial to having a merger. 4. Good luck. Everyone else in broadcasting is going to be raising hell over this. 5. As long as the sirius works, I'm not too concerned. I would like the better interface for the N3 however. 6. Yeah okay. 7. And is that going to improve reception?
13. Holy shit this is boring. And 58 minutes is the shortened version? Can you sum up the important facts?
14. If you have the recording I'd be interested in hearing it. Unfortionately I was in modern physics at 8:30 this morning.
15. MY WHOLE WORLD HAS BEEN SHATTERED. I wonder what its going to do to the normal subscription. Although a die-hard sirius fan, I do want the cool display of XM.
16. So can't we hook that up to the RCA ports on the avics to watch it in the front?
17. Glad I saw that, I have a CU500 too.
18. I have the CD-VC1 (which uses the same remote) for my N3, and personally I like it. I find it most useful for flipping through the radio presets.
19. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v ... #AVIC-HOME View the interactive demo for the N3 and you'll see the XM interface...
20. In NY, if you try to get away with going the speed limit of 55, you'll get run off the road. NOBODY goes 55. The mininum you should drive at is 65. People don't get pulled over for that.
21. Sometimes it doesn't seem to do it for me, not for a while. And boosted is the guys username who made the thread...
22. When this happens, is there a way to manually get the GPS to recalculate where it is? (I'm not asking you boosted, just curious in general)
23. They're listing a new backup camera now but no information on it: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v ... 00,00.html I'm hoping its cheaper then the other one they have. If it is, I might have to pick one up.
24. So it plays video? Damn, that would be a nice feature to have through a future upgrade disk.
