  1. I use UltraISO to burn my CDRWs. Works every time. Just an update
  2. Well I have confirmed this unit will work with a D2. I can receive calls but is there a way to dial on the screen to call out or do you have to do that manually with your phone? This is a simple process with voice command and my Z3 but this D2 is a lot more basic. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks GC
  3. Can somebody here confirm if the above module will work with a D2? All I can confirm is the D3 and nothing is in the D2 manual. Thanks GC I have used the search function but only D3 issues come up. Thanks Anybody?
  4. My wife has a D2 that used to work with the factory steering wheel radio controls. Now I have no volume function and the Ford service department states that the controls are working fine but there is an issue with the interface wires with HU. The vol works fine on the unit so I suspect the interface module. Does anybody know the part number for this module? I have done some research and all I come up with is the PAC SW1-PS is the little bugger I need. Thanks in advance GC
  5. Correct if you dont have the wire connected to the VSS (Variable Speed Sensor) wire your Nav unit will be relying on "Dead reckoning" which is referered to in the owners manual. The HU wont be as accurate as possible but it will still work.
  6. I tapped into the AC/Heating controls above as the unit switches to day and night settings when using the headlights. Just trace down the power source and tap in.
  7. wow a Z2 in a 67 Camaro? I dont think the harness can provide the power needed to keep the unit running. Try powering it directly to the Battery and a good ground
  8. Follow the main power wire. This problem maybe as simple as a fuze. Do you have Zero power to the unit? If so check the fuses and the main power wire has a fuse as well if I remember. Good Luck GC

  11. Ryan works like a champ thanks. The head unit gets the blue side and the black end goes to the "Output" IPOD black connector. Thanks GC
  12. Ryan thanks ok blue into head unit. Does the other end of the cable go into the black or blue end of the IPOD adapter?
  13. Hello hopefully someone can help me. I installed a CD-IB100II to the back of my sons old single din Pioneer DEH-P470MP. Everything works and the IPOD displays the Pioneer logo but all the songson the IPOD scroll on the HU. I cant get any music to play. Any help would be appreciated. Is the IPOD adaptor toast? Its pretty plug and play the black cable end plugs into the radio and the blue cable end plugs into the CD-IB100II right in the blue connector right?
  14. I hope you figured it out as my unit is doing the same thing.

Hmm did they move the antenna. Since they pulled out the HU is possible the antenna may hav been moved or not properly into the back of the unit?
  20. I bought a system from a forum member her who had it listed on Ebay. He had a 100% feedback. Strive to find the high feedback seller. Usually Ive found that they have earned that rating. Also post up a WTB message in the for sale section. Who knows you might get lucky.
  21. I read somewhere there is a way. However that work crosses into seperate partitions on the drive. Never done it myself again this is what I read somehwere here on the forum.
  22. Thanks just trying to hook the next Z series owner up. GC
