  1. Paying it forward and seeding the East file now
  2. No. The CD-BTB200 doesn't support the profile needed to pull contacts from the phone. This will never change with that BT model. That sucks. I'm sick of the abysmal lifespan of these pioneer units. It's like you have to spend $1000 every 3 years just to get your devices to speak to each other.
  3. The Scosche and iSimple pieces look like great solutions, but they're still kinda expensive. Is there anything in the $10 range out there?
  4. I found that if you drive a few blocks and restart the car once or twice, it figures out where you are. Not sure if there's any way to force a rescan
  5. I can get my iPhone 4 to connect sometimes, but have never been able to get the contacts to show up on the D3. Is this possible with any iPhone? I never had any issues with my old razr
  6. I would imagine that you can connect the main power wire to a 12v source and ground your ground wire from the harness, but that's just a guess.
  7. Having the same issue and was wondering the same thing. On a lighter note, the phone is amazing
  8. Finally got it to burn using the included imgburn program. I must say, my Avic D3 is a bit snappier now. Load up time has dropped, and the music/radio starts up almost immediately while everything loads. A nice update.
  9. God dammit, 2 more coasters. Verbatim DVD DL discs are expensive too. A word of advice to most people: Just buy from SWDW. For all of the headaches and wasted discs in actually getting these to burn, it's worth it to just get it from him.
  10. Thanks to everyone who was seeding. I'm paying it forward and seeding myself now. Use Spider's torrent from a few pages back.
  11. mininova torrents are down. Can anyone seed?
  12. Works like a charm! The unit still recognizes when my headlights are on and enters night mode. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for your help!
  13. Awesome. I'll solder the orange one tomorrow. Thanks!
  14. Hi all, I've been trying to set up my avic-d3 for use in my 2002 mustang. I have the base sound system (thankfully), so am using the metra 70-1771 harness. I've been soldering the metra harness to the avic harness, and have run into a few issues: 1) There is a black/white wire on the metra harness that doesn't match up to anything on the avic harness. Where does it go? 2) The avic harness has one orange wire labeled illumination. The metra harness has both an orange wire and an orange/black wire. The labeling in the metra package naturally says that orange is for illumination,
