IIRC the only major difference is that the 940s have appmode and newer maps.

Well the unit is kinda fubared, I suspect a corrupted nand. I am missing maps for a few states (my state being one of them). I've tried to reinstall the maps via hackmode but the folder is corrupt and can't delete or modify content :'(. I hope when installing the new maps that it might format/erase the nand and install the needed maps correctly. If it doesn't work, meh... I have another 930 that I am using

As the title says, I am wondering if there is a way to format the NDATA portion of the NAND on the x930bt unit. There are some corrupt parts and wondering if there is anything I can do short of replacing the nand or entire unit. Thanks!

If I remember correctly the rca harness is different, while the others are the same.

I'd try ebay, pac parts or directly from pioneer.

Has it been bypassed before? Sounds like only the parking break wire is grounded but not the other one required. One screen is normal.
