It shows the interface and everything works. but i dont have any sound, i read in other topic i will need an other cable... Well, i did a hardware bypass on my f700bt. there is is a wire that should be connected to your handbrake , i just connected it to some Mass. The casing of your radio should do fine..

Hi, i am going to use this, i own an EU avic f700bt with Firmware v2 installed. What do i need to run this ? Installed the hacked 3.0 firmware or buy the offical one from pioneer?

Hi, well i opened a topic to ask if there are members who upgradeded their maps and firmware on the F700BT but havent got any usefull replies. think i will just buy the update.... Its all expensive enough but the outdated card are driving me mad..... nice post thouhg, im sure lost of f900 owners will find it usefull

Well, isnt it possible the SD card you are using is bad ? Also i am not sure if it will fix your unit.. I think you should turn off all or most features on you system and then enable them one by one. Like drive around for 10 minutes without anything, you main menu. If working : drive around for 10 minutes with navigation on. them music etc etc.

Hi all, I own an EU model of F700BT and bought it only last week. i am happy with it and now i want to connect a usb stick with the highest amount of storage as possible. I came across this usb stick : http://www.internetshop.nl/nl/computer- ... 63&ref=m4n which has a reasonable price. However i cant find any compatibility list to make sure it will work. Does anyone have experiences with usb stick of 4GB and larger ? And was it fast enouhg? Or is it better to buy a fast SD card ? BTW, Does anyone know how to update EU maps and where to get them ? Hi, i recently bouhgt an F700BT and found out about this site. I have some questions but it seems to be a real pain in the @ to get the info you need, maybe im not searching the way i should. i already updated my F700BT with firmware 2.0 Could someone awnser these questions please ? 1. how to update my European maps and where can i get it ? 2. i have seen some vids on youtube where people have road signs in their navigation. Ok thats seems a bit weird since i was able to update to firmware level 2. But thanks, i will look into the guides on the forum to install 3.0 in a different way.. Does the firmware update also install new maps for me ? Thanks.
