Pioneerus is not working with 850/950/F50/Z150 model. There is no third party navigation software for SH4 CPU - used in *50 models.

1. Remove Nag screen mode, Software Bypass. 2. No. Software is Different. 3. Yes/No... Make Backup first, then in NDATA\NDATA\SKY you'll find 4 images with Sky. Can you replace them? have no idea, buy you can try. I have doubt that it is a map under... Now my hope is - Pioneerus- hack, that allows to run alternative navigation on 920-940.

I've tried to run Sygic on my X930BT, got stack at activation screen. Activation code it gave me is: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX instead of normal letter/decimal code. Any ideas how to get correct code? Add: Now I can see Device ID code but Sygic doesn't want to sell activation code to private person for automotive in-dash navigator.

Illumination wire as logical ON/OFF thing. So no ajustable dimming possible. My advice- put switch on illumination wire and control it manually.

does the hackmode install works?

yes. get previous update, put on sd card with testmode.key (normal one) and select force update platform and navigation. Good luck!

you have really Nice looking shell Condi, Did you make this shell? can you share it? also I've spotted Navigon logo, did you manage to have Navigon working?

Pioneerus directory should be on SD card IGO.exe should be renamed to alien-navi.exe You need to press "HOME" then "Destination" icon on the screen then Next track or center of volume knob (for 920-930-940). Then you should see grey screen with message button, press button and it should start alternative software. if it is not happen - ask developer again.

If you've replaced PRG0 and PRG1 you need reinstall Pioneerus (keep license file - it works). Than you'll need working copy of IGO or other navi software that works under Win CE5. Copy it's contain to the Pioneerus folder on your SD card. then Rename igo.exe to alien-navi.exe. Make sure you have your pioneer.lic file in this folder as well.

Ok. Now Igo 8.3 works! But it happen at price of lost satellites in official navigation. may be something can be fixed futher?

I've got Betta from developers. I've done more than 10 drives with this hack. All functions of original software preserved. and: 1. (+) Virtual GPS port at COM7 /57600 works well. Yes. Navigation software works in "demo mode", as it clearly stated in this video, - unit sits on this guy's desk. But: 1. Unit runs alternative software and switch to shell and back. 2. He has sound from alternative Navigation. Also he claims that he got modyfied portspliter that output readable GPS protocol.

I am just copy this link from Russian forum: Here is a video of X930BT running "7ways" free software instead official navigation. As autor claims he got all functionality of original software, so he can make and recieve calls, listen different sources of music along with alternative navigation software Release is not ready yet. But hope it will be out soon.

Yes, now it is possible to change maps and region. (but not for DVD!) you need NDATA folder backup from Australian unit and USER folder from your unit.
