Ok so i have had other units where i have had hands free BT calling and the microphone they sent me with one of my Sony units was crappy it had no noise canceling or anything like that and everyone i would talk to told me they heard echo's what ever they where saying they could hear because it was always junk does anyone have this problem with the x930bt or am i going to be safe to feel that it will work great and there won't be any echoing that makes the one on the other line of the phone hate me lol or hate my unit Lol also will the audio from who ever i hear on the phone talking

I appreciate that help on your comment so please don't take this as me being rude because im not trying to be rude here you sound exactly like the person from Pioneer that i called and asked and thats all they could tell me I purchased it from Amazon.com they are an authorized dealer of the part i have had some times when i have used amazon and got items from them and not other sellers but they have been scammed and had items retunred to them that are not real items so im thinking thats whats going on here but i wanted to know is there any way i can check to make sure this is re

i don't know for sure cause i have not updated but i do know that pioneer has this info alreayd and are working on something atleast there website says they are so far from what i gather when you have your phone hooked up threw the USB cable or direct cable to the head unit it will pause for no reason and maybe a few others can explain it more

it probably will work with it but the problem you will most likely run into is what evyerone who has upgraded to iso5 has found out that it does not work properly with there x930bt or z130bt units

someone told me that the only way to tell is if it plays video properly is this true ?

is it possible to tell if this is a real ocisial pioneer cable CD-IU51V or if it is a cheap counter fit knock off ? thanks

so is the problem when you using music stored on your phone from the ipod part of the phone or is the problem with only when yousing to listen to music on pandora ?

if you get the software from the newer series you can put it on the 910 atleast i think i was at best buy the other day talking with one of the sale guy sin car audio and he said that he put the latest software for the 930 his U220 box that he had for his P seeies unit it hink thats what he said he had the non navi built in unit and got the hide away box and added it wiht he latest software firmware

I was wondering i was reading some stuff and found a thread on another forum a few days ago about how someone was upset that they could not use satalite radio tuner and an HD tuner at the same time i forget wich system it was maybe it was a clarion or a Kenwood i forget but is this true on pioneer also ? or can we have both hooked up ? at the same time

the seville and deville 98-04 seville and 2000-05 deville have Double Din radios the deville dash has to be altered a bit but my seville does not yeah the GMOS-06 harness is what i need to keep my bose system speakers working untill i save up more and swap the entire speaker units all out and the acws i think is the metra steering wheel harness i was told plugs directly into the gmos-06 no splicing needed but i don't have the harness yet so what im trying to understand is do i need to run the vss wire from the harness that came with the unit to the vss wire on my dash cluster har

Difference just for the heck of it i went and watched soundman's youtube video on the bypass for the x920bt to see if it was different then for the x930bt i noticed the mute wire on the 920 harness was different then where the mute wire for the 930bt is is that the only differance between the 2 ? i noticed hey it looks like for the 920 they didn't cut down the parking break or ground wire they also didn't strip the ground wire like it said to do in the 930video does this make a diferance ? can i leave the P-b without cutting it all that far down and do i have to snip the grou

i wouldn't say im totaly worried i am just asking if i screwed it up or does that plastic not affect the way it works i can snap it back in and it stays in but not with as much preassure as it had so did i mess it up am i going to have a problem with the harness or is it going to be ok

yeah i found that after watching the other one how ever that video didn't show anything about grounding the other wires together wich made me think maybe that was not the correct process but i did use a paper clip to push it out out and then i moved it down one spot and when i put it in i put it in nice and snugg i hear it click and it is just as snug as it was before i took it out so im confident i did it correctly im just wondering if i messed up the harness plug itself when that broke but since the plastic part snapped right back on and it plugs in to the unit without an issue

whyll the topic is on here i was wondering i thought i read somewhere on pioneer website starting the end of this year or begining of next year the traffic tunner would not work anymore or something like that

yeah im waiting on my GMOS-06 harness to come so i can't even get a picture of it in my head untill it gets hear i tried to find a picture of it and al it comes with is the connector and a few other things but nothing fully of the harness so i can get an idea of what is going on in it and all

ok so i have been looking on youtube for videos on how to install and the only thing i have found was for a audi id like to see a video of or instruction on properly installing the unit in my 2000 cadillac seville I have a friend who can do the install for me on Saturday the 22nd but i don't want to wait that damn long lol but i have never installed anything myself so i don't know anything about where to find the vss wire where to plug the others in what to crimp together what to splice together and all the only thing i know for sure is the bypass since i have watched every bpyass vi

yes it does verry by car my VSS wire on my car comes out the dash cluster itself in the plug that plugs into the left side of the dash cluster this is on all 98-01 cadillac sevilles in 2002-04 they switched it and put it in the harness itself like mentioned above

i guess im going to be happy that i have not updated to iso5 yet and i won't untill after i hear that it has been fixed or something has been taken care of with the issue that you are having will this be fixed with a new iphone app ? or will we just have to wait untill a new software update for the iphone from apple comes out ? so the problem you are having is not with BT streaming it is only when it it plugged into the system threw the usb ipod cable ?

so the problem with iso5 is the BT streaming goes bad ? or is it the hardwires into the ipod cable that is having trouble ?

Oh wow so iso5 will not let you use the ipod cable and work correctly ? im a little confused here so your syaing if i want iso5 then the only way to listen is to use BT ? but if i want to see my play lists then i need to stay with the current version i have not updated yet correct ?

id like to know this also i think someone ones told me that its there for say if your going threw areas that might not easily pick up a gps signal it will make sure it keeps you on rout with where you are untill you pick up a good signal it also is for when you go threw tunels or somehting like that where there will be no signal it can be there to tell you how fast your going

Ok cool thanks so don't touch the GMOS06 just plug it in like normal don't touch the Parking break wire on the gmost just move the mute wire pin down one on the rca harness and then ground the mute wire from the rca harness to the ground black wire and the green p-b wire on the power harness and thats it so don't hook up the p-b at all just ground it with the mute wire ok awesome thanks
