  1. ok so I have the D-1 and I'm looking at getting the D3, however I have not found anything that really makes me want to switch. I mean yeah it has the bluetooth capability, phonebook yada yada yada but it only has 1 slot for dvd's,Nav, and cd's!? WTF is up with that? I think I would rather get a external dvd player and run dvd's that way...any other input?
  2. if you have a cav check out this site! www.v6z24.com

  5. yup he's right. the reverse gear wire is connected to a 12v constant source so the unit thinks u are always in reverse. I ran a toggle switch to the reverse gear wire and the power of the camera. That way I can flip the switch and see whats behind me.
  6. you obviously haven't seen my cavalier.... this is a great website for cavalier owners www.v6z24.com
  7. The installer did not ground the mute wire after you re-located it. Take the deck out Ground the mute wire or T-tap the mute wire That you have relocated to the parking brake wire
  8. so I copied the disk using dvd decrytor and I got 2 files. One file is 6.46 GB (6,938,918,912 bytes) the other file is 8.22 KB (8,424 bytes) what one do I burn? Do I just burn the 6.46GB file using dvd decryptor? It's already in ISO file. I just dont want to mess up these expensive disks
  9. ok I have dvd decryptor so is this exactly what I do 1. open dvd decryptor 2. insert nav disk 3. select read from the mode menue 4. hit the "go" button 5. select the .iso from the folder I saved it to 6. burn the disk using nero? when I use nero what do I burn it as? do I burn it as a dvd or a data dvd?
  10. I am also having this problem, I put my nav disk in my comp, read it with dvd decryptor, then tried to burn the iso with nero selecting "create dvd data disk"

    Xbox in car

Actually I have installed Xbox's into cars all the time. I just use a regular inverter. Matter of fact I use a cheap 500W inverter. No problems for me...
