CatchMeIfYouCan631 Posted October 8, 2008 Report Share Posted October 8, 2008 I kno it's not exactly legal, but after speaking with a cop about illegal downloading, he said that people who download rarely get caught, it's the ones who host the pirated software that are wanted. I've downloaded thousands of songs, and even on pirate bay I now download an artist by the discography (every album and more in one .zip) and nothing. CatchMeIfYouCan631: Think of it like this okay, you can download the cracked software and have it full. and learn with it straight off torrents without having to worry to become great with it in 17day. "because your not going to, PS is nuts but you will get it in time" then when you feel its worth your while to but it and get all the update for it and every thing else "BUY IT". not every one here has a few hundred dollars laying around and just because we have a nice radio does not mean we are high rollers, I know in my case I look at every one else cars on here and im like wow my radio cost more then my car. but that's ok because I worked it off and that fine. This is what I did and I feel it was a grat choice. by using torrents for a while till i saw I was a photo shop type and i was going to actully put the program to enough use to buy it. Download at http://www.gimp.org/ There are lots of great open source products out there that are free. Another great free software suite is Open Office. To be honest, The only time I ever get creative and create images is when I'm trying to create a theme for the unit. As a kitchen designer, I have no need for this kind of program for my work, and I'm not involved with anything that would involve PS other than this, so if you think I should lay out $600-$1000 just to edit a theme for my radio, that's crazy, and that's also more than I spent for the unit itself. I don't want to get into an argument about what's right or wrong, and what's legal or illegal. Anyways Hackz, I got the PS with the crack, I have uTorrent and it worked fine, I'm going to install it when I get off of work. Bman, I wouldn't consider myself a 'real pirate' I just download music when I want it and torrents work fine. But back on topic, I will check out what tutorials they offer, and see how I do with beginner skills. Edited to Add: The PS torrent took no more than 10 minutes, 50 people were seeding and it contains everything needed for the package. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
