chris555 Posted August 27, 2009 Report Share Posted August 27, 2009 i think you need the buildings that came with the maps you have in.i think the 2009 ta maps dont work with the old buildings you have in the unit....maybe i am wrong i replaced all..maps and buildings and it work just fine.i have the 2009 TA maps and buildings Care to share where I can "buy" the ta 2009 maps? I've searched with no results. What about a new .dem file for the 2009 maps? Is it also needed for it all to work? OK I have the 2009 maps, the 2009 buildings file, the 8.3 .dem file and the hacked Ezrider 3.0...but still only get landmarks and not all the 3D buildings like I had before I upgraded. I think maybe the sys.txt also needs to be modded.. I'm using IDT 3.0 mod, so I know he tweaked the sys.txt for his mod. I found another sys.txt out there, but it crashed my unit, so I reloaded IDT's. Does anyone have IDT 3.0 mod installed and 3D buildings working? Any advise?
