ducatiboy Posted August 21, 2006 Report Share Posted August 21, 2006 Yah, there is no way around that parking brake wire thing. That's why I tell people to disconnect it. Pioneer programmed the Z1 to act like that. If you use your parking brake often (I have an auto tranny and never use mine) then disconnect the wire. If you do then everything will work all the time.
