i guess. what are my options for gettin it sent out for repair? contact pioneer? i woner how much that will cost...

If the problem is only with your HD, then you might consider buying and automotive grade drive and copy someone's iso image onto it. Might be cheaper/easier than Pioneer.

i dont know if its the hard drive for sure though. the harddrive seems to be fine, since it was recognized by my computer. and it was readable...... why am i noty gettin the error message when i start the screen??
