  1. I have one. (original pioneer disc, NOT a copy) What's it worth to you?
  2. I think he's talking about the audi "sport" logo. It's on the rubber floor mats.
  3. Now I'm seriously confused. I jumped in my truck after work, switched to Sirius and the bastard works perfectly. I didn't do anything from when I parked my truck to got back in it. Didn't even move it. I'm starting to think my frickin' Avic is messing with me. Guess I will worry more about if it happens again.
  4. I knew I could sucker you in. Thanks, I will try swapping between the bt and sirius modules. It was stange because when I shut off my truck, everything as working and then I got in my truck and it didnt work.
  5. Got in my truck this morning and my Sirius won't change channels. I can directly input a channel but when I hit enter it does not change. I am stuck on Radio Disney (my kids) but have no sound when in Sirius mode. Everything else works except the Sirius. I found a smiliar topic with the "search" function (for HiFi) but nobody answered the question.
  6. 2 words: Dremel tool. There's room, sometimes you just have to make it.
  7. Where are you mounting your sat receiver? Maybe it's in a location which does not allow for decent cooling???? Just taking a shot in the dark, but like the guy above said, sounds like you have another issue besides the module.
  8. I had a similar issue where my swc didn't work all the time. Sometimes they would work after driving for a while, sometimes not. I had originally made the connection from the swips with a "t-tap" connection. After about two weeks of intermittent function, I decided to remove the "t-tap" and solder the connection. I have not had one problem since. Sterring wheel controls work like champ, everytime.
  9. He made the reference to the "sleeve", in which all or most single din units have a "sleeve". I understand double din units don't utilize this type of hardware, but if you find a single din with no sleeve, it either is stolen or the person who removed unit didn't know what they were doing. That's all I'm trying to say, not trying to argue.
  10. I got one for you. I need a set for H13 (2007 Ford F150) Can you hook me up?
  11. Two words of advice. If the unit does not come with mounting hardware, it is probably STOLEN. Thieves tend to break the mounting hardware because they are in a hurry. I have installed/removed many head units and there is absolutely no reason the mounting hardware should not come out with the unit. (now on to my two word:BE CAREFUL!)
  12. Turn the wire over. If you look closely, there is a prong on one side the clip. Try rotating the wire 90 degrees at a time and inserting it. It will "click" when you have the orientation correct.
  13. check to make sure your email didn't call it "junk mail". It may have been filtered out and that's why you didn't get it.
  14. U supply the pics and I will make u the disc. PM for email.
  15. My copy of Jetware is registered and it never asked me for my serial number on my phone?????
  16. Did you try opening the car door with the key out of the ignition? My Ford will stay on for 15 minutes with the key out unless I open the door, in which case it shuts everything off.

    2008 Map DVD

And if nobody buys the discs at the $250 price, the will go on "sale".
  18. Even that one is 5 feet long. I would think someting like an 18in. cable would be better. I have my BT module and my sirius module behind my dash. So essentially I have about 15 feet of wasted cable.
  19. sounds to me like something is wrong with the bypass.
  20. You most likely forgot to reconnect the "passenger airbag" light that is located in the bezel. It happens all the time. Pull the bezel off and check that first. If that's not it, off to the dealer you go.
  21. Your factory illumination wire should be pink with a black stripe. Pull out your avic and check the factory harness. However, if you had BB install it, I am sure that they used a factory harness adapter, in which case, just hook the illumination wire from the avic harness to the orange wire on the harness adapter and you should be good to go. Most likely the orange wire wil be the only wire not connected to anything in the aftermarket harness and if you trace it to the factory harness, it should be connected the pink/black wire. Hope that helps.
