It's a love hate feeling for me. I love the great resolution, the Voice commands, and the fact that it's hackable, but not much of anything else. Personally I'm going to be selling the 90BT when the DNX9140 releases. It has everything the F90BT has and more. AFAIK, the update is expected to release sometime in June. From what I've been reading, the DNX9140 is expected to release in April. Quite a few members here have shown interest to Kenwood's new unit and will probably (myself included) ditch the F Series for it. I'm not certain how much the update will be, but if you want to get members interested in chipping in, you might want to start an official 3.0 Group Buy thread and start taking names, that way it's a lot more organized and you'll have an exact number of people who will throw down to get the update, making it easier to divvy up the tota

It also allows you to use the navigation functions while in motion, otherwise you'd have to pull over and put the e-brake up to set a destination and such. Major pain in the ass if it's not bypassed.

Doubtful. The only way to do it now is edit the .bmp in the common folder in the Image.res, but even then the icons do not have transparent backgrounds so you'd have black squares covering your background.

You have to put it in a Pictures folder first. Make a folder named "Pictures" and put the 800x480 .jpeg in there. Then you can change it. You can also have many splash screens in the folder.

There's no point in changing the background, you won't even see the picture. You're best best is to make a Kingdom Hearts Splash screen and making the icons resemble your theme.

Calibrate your screen first then they will work.

I'm looking for a keyhole-style reverse camera with night vision. This is the keyhole on my car...and yes Iknow it needs to be cleaned Here's what I plan on doing. Well the one with the tracer is negative otherwise you'll be out of phase. the unit won't shut down the sound, it'll just cut out the sound if it senses a short.
