The D3's EQ is PARAMETRIC not GRAPHIC. So you dont get individual frequency adjustment.

Program a route at the zoom level you want then ejest the disk. Then you can cancel the route and it will remain at the preset zoom level. It will however after some distence start to show the end of the map at which point if you drive off you will run off of the end of the earth and die!!! Na!! it will just zoom out.

I am also very interested in the pairing of these two units, anybody know?

Got off the phone with Pio on this one last week and they told me:(get this) "The Ipod Menu button on the D3 has absolutely no functionality!!! I told them that it does work for a sort time and they said that was a surprise to them. So it looks like this problem wont be fixed any time soon. I also tried to report the Ipod White Noise issue to them and they trashed me on the phone. Horrible service

Dude, I ran straight to my car @11:36 p.m. just to see if mine was the same way and it IS. Thats some funny shit.

With the IPOD, CD, OR DVD, It will pause for a phone call and will only mute for nav.

If your asking how to turn shuffle off on the D3, its in the FUNCTION menu.

I use the CD-BTB200. It works perfectly. The Z series uses an older interface that only works with that unit i believe. There have been a lot of problems with AUTO CONNECT and ECHO with that unit. I know there was an update that was released for the Z1 to address the echo issue but some people have reported that it didnt solve their problem.

The option in the settings on the ipod your looking for is "tv out" it must be turned ON in order to view videos on the D3. You must also have your videos in a playlist if you want to be able to use the D3 controls to skip between different videos.

Thats the way it is suppose to work. Once it does this, on the razr, navigate to the phonebook entry, hit the options button (the middle button) and selet SEND, select pioneer BT unit2, and it should send the info. It will display on the phone when it is complete.

Awesome, im glad you were able to get it worked out. Your problem definitely had me stumped.

It doesnt matter, if there not in a playlist you cant skip to different videos without selecting them from the ipod.

The answer to number 1 is NO!!! Number 2 means its most likly hooked up wrong and it will probably lock you out soon while driving. Number 3 is definatly a bug. Number 4 is NO!!! And number 5 is either on or off.

I LOVE the thing. I to considered the Z1/2 as well. I decided to go with the D3 mainly for the ipod interface. All my music is on the ipod so I never use the cd slot. Also, I have taken a 600 plus mile trip to houston from MS and never had to put the disk in the whole trip. Memory nav seems to hold a lot of data. I also chose the D3 for the ipod video functions. This alows me to view videos without having to use the cd slot as well. The Z1/2 had alot of good features but alot I would not use. I didnt need the 10 gig music space on the HDD sience i have the ipod and the price could not be beat.

ok so i have a bunch of music videos that i converted for my ipod that can play on my D3 when i locate and select them individually. i tried making playlists and "smartplaylists" and tried to switch from one video to the next once it was loaded and playing on my D3, but all it does is restart the current video that i'm on. i tried disconnecting my ipod to see if i could switch from one video to the next using the ipod only... and its forward and back controls and it doesn't let me do it either. it makes me hit the MENU button to go back to the playlist and requires me to choose the next mu

You cant from the D3, most phones have a speed dial to voicemail usally speed dial 1. You just hit your speed dial on the phone and it will work through the D3.
