are the speakers still moveing alot? if so then their out of phase switch the +/- on one speaker if there not moving try plugging the rcas into the rear output instead of sub. see if theres a diff if not then youll need either another amp or another deck to check if the ouputs on the d3 are bad

id order the plug if you want it to be easy! ive done a few of those overheads and the wire colors seem to change from one to the next. i think you can find the wiring info over at the12volt.com

ehh like i said try grounding and powering at a different spot than the deck. also ive had problems with sirius units doing the same thing.

how do you have it wired? are the power wires from the xm box going to constant (yellow) or accesory (red)? the brain needs constant power if thats not the problem try grounding it to a different spot

plug your headphones into it to see if its outputing any sound at all. ive had the outputs go bad on a couple ipods.

where are you getting the 1.8 mil? that seems a little extreme but i guess they do have alot of stores which means alot of fuckups. over the past 3 months cc has fired all of there highest paid employees. they offered them their jobs back for severly reduced pay! hoooray! how long did u wurk for them cntry? where do u work now?

i know this sucks but it sounds like a speaker wire is shorted out or pinched. are you using the factory wiring to the speakers? if so run new wires if not then simply check all wires at speaker and crossover. if the problem persists run new speaker wire just draped over your seats to the amp and drive around bangin- hopefully this helps also where are the crossovers? ive pulled lots of old crossovers that simply rusted out of the doors of cars

im with cntry i enjoy a challenge. ive gotta 99 honda civic next to me here that i did a simple indash, 4 spk, sub and amp 2. problem is the drivers door speaker wire isnt working to run a wire into the door i had to pull spkr, remove door boot "plug" file down on the plugs hole enought to fit a spkr wire through then run the wire through the door boot. the problem is the boot is behind the fender instead of bieng accesable in the door jamb. a simple speaker install took me about 2 hours cuz i had to remove the front fender! i hate old nissans cuz the plastic they use is very brit

those modules suck! ive had that problem with many many gm's the best fix? unplug it and plug it back in lame i know but ive never had them do it after i unpluged them good luck

id wait if i were u. i have a ribbon cable that i ordered from pioneer and put into and avic n1 and it turned out the lcd was out. the problem is that it sticks down to a metal plate and to remove it i had to pull pretty hard ill be putting it on ebay nr just to get rid of it. on sunday the 19th im going to have a big avic auction on ebay. these will all be 1$ starting bid no reserve shipping to US only i have the following: 1: avic n1, brain data, cable gps ant, fm extension, rev and vss ext, pioneer xm brain box, ipbus cable, power cable for xm, and sat antenna for xm. i

(horrible spelling) butt connectors are fine for low current wires soldering is better but think about this. the connectors on your speakers arent solderd their plugged in, your radio isnt solderd it has at least 3 harnesses plugged in. ive had more problems with connectors on products like gmah24 and onstar adapters and ipod adapters than ive ever had with any crimped connection ive made. also did you take it to a shop that you trust? considering he didnt know the bypass i doubt he had much expirience with the avic seri

wow del i didnt want to start a flame thread but i replied to the topic with as much competence as i could with what little information you provided. lets start over kool? i dont see how you could use the touchscreen to control a pc with the avics touchscreen and still have control of the avic. i have an n3 at the house in pieces and i can tell you it would not be fun to "tap" onto the ribbon cable. as a previous post mentioned above i dont see how you could get drivers as the touchscreens usually are usb controlled. as far as a 6.5 film it would most likely have to be custom but
