LOLOL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT INSTALLER AGAIN! the green wire needs to be grounded AFTER the radio turns on. to do this you can simply wire up a relay off of the blue/white remote wire that will throw a ground whenever the radios on. good luck

ya i gave up on xm a long time ago. they worry about packing as many channels and artists as possible on their programs but with all that they run out of bandwidth. quick way to fix bandwidth? drop sound quality, now oprah can have her own 2 channels. f that

it could be ur minijack (if thats what ur using) going into ur ipod. simply try another cable.

make sure u program the swips correctly. like the version number and all that. and also check if you need to cut any loop wires. using periph's website should help

I HEAR YA! but there is a reason the d3 is lame! cuz its cheap! and i wouldnt have it any other way! i can almost garantee that the d4 will look identical to the d3. just look at the jump from n1-2-3 or d1-2 or z1-2. pioneer wont just throw all they developed on the d3 out the window and start new with d4. so i can pretty much say for sure that there will not be a bigger screen or motorization and no extra dvd slots. perhaps they will create a unit to fit in between the 1000 and 2200 dollar price range

2 SCREENS CONECTION STATUS AND 3D CALIBRATION. these 2 screens will tell you how strong of a gps signal ur getting (proving if ur antenna is good) it will have a speed pulse counter (showing if u hooked up vss or not) and all the other system monitoring stuff the avic has. now to deal with the problems your stating go to 3d calibration and "clear" everything. the unit will relearn ur driving and should fix any wierd issues with navi. good luck

UR NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO ASK ME THIS! i usually just laugh and say how stupid it is to want "high def" on a 7 inch screen! lol no company has announced an hdtv tv tuner. im sure one day it will be a reality. but considering pioneer doesnt even make tv tuners anymore i cant be for sure about that. so i take it ur a storm chaser?

wow no pioneer in dash tv has headphone outputs. so ill ask you. what were the headphones for? an overhead tv? do you have a separate dvd player?

ANYWAYS im pretty sure ur z2 only has 2.2 volt outputs so if volume is ur problem then look for an aftermarket line driver. ur gonna need a 4 channel one. good luck
