  1. it doesnt learn at all... i take the same route to / from work everyday - and just to test this "learning capability" i set the destination everytime. still screws up BOTH ways...
  2. sorry for the bad pics (cell phone) but i dont have my camera with me so... i made it out of part of the Schoshe dash kit (lol) and the stock mic clip
  3. i ended up making a little mount holdes the mic on top of the steering column. pretty good clarity and semi-hidden... i would have preferred to have done what you did with the flush mount - that that covers the noise cancelling portion of the barrell (probably what is creating ur echo).
  4. in your second to last photo i see a green wire with a white connector - did you plug that back onto the parking brake switch ??? try pushing the "button" on the switch and see if your parking brake light comes on on the dash. if it does, you grounded the wrong wire(s) for the parking break portion. more than likely the reason your speakers arent working (and probably why you were having boot issues) is there are some loose wires on the back of your Z2. i would check them all but it sounds like your power harness is loose or something. you might have to check all of your solder poin
  5. Thanks Hyperite! I am so much happier to have functionality while driving! Just wanted to post another sucess story! Stock Z2, MFG April 07, used the posted ISO, drive is still locked, went flawless.
  6. That would pose a problem I guess. Maybe the ISO is not ready for prime time? I have no Z2 to test it. I just updated my Z2 with the ISO, did the 2-wire trick, and mine works great!
  7. I put my XM and GPS antenna in my dash. I found that putting under the dash provided a VERY weak signal...but I did a bunch of testing in various locations etc... I ended up making a sheet metal "shelf" about 6" wide X 10" long. I put the shelf in the VERY top of the dash (behind the climate control knobs on an 06 RSX). Put both antennas on this piece.... To be honest, I have as good of a signal (if not better) than when I had them on my roof. Wish I would have taken pictures of what I did...hopefully my explanation kinda sums it up.

    Z2 Screen Angle

This might be a stupid question...I have been searching here, on pioneers site, in the manual, etc... "6 Selectable Angle Settings" How do you change the angle of the screen ?????????
  10. Anyone know what dash kit is shown in these pictures?
