Shipping isn't free. The company is in Austin, TX, but ships from a NY warehouse. I had mine sent 2d day air (free upgrade due to communication error with customer service), so it should arrive tomorrow. I'll let you know if it shows up, and in what condition it's in (the customer service guy was friendly and apologetic). I tend to be a trusty fellow.
