Therefore I filed a Better Business Bureau claim and ultimately got my money back! I HIGHLY encourage all of you to file claims against the BBB if you have had a problem with PIONEER. deejayeb Posted October 16, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 16, 2007 The 1-800 number is a automatic push button response system that prompts you 5 times then you wait on hold for 10-15 minutes on hold only to end up talking to the same grumpy punk ass woman who answers the phone in the service department. The numbers I listed are DIRECT numbers to all the pioneer big wigs offices. I TRULY hate pioneer customer service and I am devoting a small chunk of my free time to make them miserable.
