  1. There are no firmware updates for the 110 yet. When there is, you can find them on Pioneer's website
  2. Its happening in the two of the pioneer reps cars too in addition to the other guys on here. Thats alot of bad cables if thats the reason
  3. I tried another ipod and it still does it. I am using the 80 gig classic (i think thats what its called) I think its an issue with how long the car sits, or something to do with XM and Sirius being connected as well as the ipod. For those of you that its only happening once in a while, any idea how long the car was sitting before that time. I think it happens any time I leave the car sitting more than 12 hours or so. That made me think it was a battery issue with the ipod, but when I take it out of the glovebox, its always fully charged.
  4. Just curious, have you noticed it happen when your car has been sitting for a certain amount of time? Or do you have sirius or xm hooked up? or both? Mine still does it. I've tried restoring the ipod and everything and pretty much given up. The local Pioneer sales manager and his trainer both have the same problem but say their tech support refuses to admit the problem because they can't duplicate it. Just wondering what combination of products are needed for them to make this happen
  5. No, if the motor is bad, it has to be replaced or repaired by Pioneer
  6. Did you swap out the microphone when you installed the deck, or did you use the one from the old CDBTB200? Some people have reported better results with the one that comes with the deck
  7. The ADT-VA133 also comes with a trim ring if the one you have doesn't work
  8. Thats just a DVD playing model, not a nav system. The same cable works for many different models so the photo just happens to be tagged CDIU50V from that dealers gallery
  9. No updates for the Z110 listed on their website yet
  10. I agree. If a cop is pacing you and you are dumb enough to be watching movies at night, you are screwed whether you have a switch or not because he will see the flicker in your car. On top of that, a cop will never get in your car and make you drive to check whether your deck is bypassed or not. Switch seems like overkill to me
  11. No, its the gyro inside the unit telling it you are in motion. That means the bypass was done incorrectly
  12. You set each to your typical driving speeds so when you program in a route the ETA will be more accurate
  13. They haven't changed IR codes in at least ten years so I am sure you will be fine
  14. You don't need a switch, you need to take it back to your installer and tell him to do it right. If he doesn't know how, take it to a real shop or read the threads that tell your bonehead installer how to do it
  15. If you buy the new one from an authorized dealer in Florida, why wouldn't it be complete? You should get everything that normally comes in the box from an authorized dealer, no matter what the cost, or they aren't selling you what Pioneer authorizes them to sell you
  16. I straightened out a staple
  17. No, as stated in your numerous other posts about testmode, there are no hacks for the Z yet. You can't do anything via testmode or any other way
  18. Yes! http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/ ... d/CD-IU50V
  19. No. See your duplicate post in the other thread
  20. No hacking has successfully been done
  21. You might try searching for the phones from the AVIC instead. Sounds like you tried it the other way around already
