I'm the same way. That navi and bluetooth works unbelievably well. Lexus really has it figured out.

Iaf, can you tell us if the gps arrow in the north facing up mode is near the bottom of the screen? I'm hoping its not just plopped in the middle of the screen. Thanks!!

I am using the latest version of 8.3 on my WinMo phone, and it does not. They may have included that into Pioneer's special version though, but i doubt it. The data.zip I have running shows the street numbers onscreen in small numbers at the bottom so you know what side of the street your destination will be. It's not verbally, but its better than not knowing at all. Do a search for the zip, I can't remember where I got it. It's the one with the green bar at the top showing speed and elevation.

My BB 8830 stopped randomly disconnecting after 2.0...unfortunately it came back today.

Looks just like a Transcend card without the logo. I'd do it but be warned. I have an 8gb Transcend card that crapped out on me and nothing will recognize it now.

Mine reboots when I enter a destination every time. I have a modded data.zip that I put back in after 2.0, there must be some conflict. I might have to start from scratch and go one by one. Something tells me it has to do with the delete route button.

I upgraded, went back into testmode and replaced the new unmodded data.zip with my modded one. Worked fine.

Nothing works...they keep saying the new updates fixes things with BB phones. I am actually pretty confident it will. Hang tight.

Anyway we could use the avic launcher in conjunction with 8.3?

I'm just wondering how people are renaming the files, I have been just copying them onto my SD card for backups but would prefer to rename. Problem is that while I see a keyboard icon in the lower right corner I can't select it for whatever reason to type. Do I just need to recalibrate my screen or something? yes

Calibrate your screen with the stylus, its probably not touching the right spot. Does the x look like pressing down when you touch it? If not you aren't calibrated enough.

Can we get a couple pics to see what this stuff looks like?

Great work HackZ, I'd love to see a finished file and test it out. I'm not following what format/folder type it needs to be in for the AVIC to recognize it from the import tts from SD screen? Seems like it can't be easy as you are making it out to be from what I have tried?

I wish it was that easy, its not. I will connect fine...and then randomly it will disconnect for 10-15 seconds then reconnect for a while, then wash rinse and repeat. Luckily, it does stay on for a good 15-20 minutes at a time.

If you don't care about the voice saying the street names, the Jason voice sounds good.
