  1. depending on if you have premium sound or not you may need that amp integrator harness, if not a standard chrystler harness will work, dont remember the exact metra part number, the one other harness gives you switched acc. power which is like 100 bucks, you can grabbed switched acc. at the cig plug, and meter the wire. that will save you some money there unless you have the premium sound
  2. +1, every touch screen I've seen always had a VGA for VIDEO ONLY and USB for TOUCHSCREEN options.
  3. You have to grab it at the wheel speed sensor, grabbed mine from the rear drivers side. Theirs two wires going to the speed sensor, it will be one or the other

  7. i dont remember how the rear cam looks for eclipse i believe it just plugs into the unit, if not you might need switched 12 volts, ground, and reverse input for the cam to work when you go in reverse.
  8. use anything that will ground the parking brake. what i would do it strip a portion of the parking brake wire from the eclipse nav and tie it into the ground for the eclipse nav. use solder, wire taps, its all good. most people prefer solder and heat shrink.
  9. go to a wheel speed sensor. not sure on your vehicle but search some mazda forums for wheel speed sensor. once you find it, it will be either one wire or the other since theirs only two wires for the wheel speed sensor. hope this helps somewhat.
  10. give it some time and see it it will initialize, or their may be more than one grey/black wire in the radio harnes.
  11. Speed Sense purple/white back of fuse box, 28 pin plg, pin 26 Note: TOYOTA, RAV4, 2005, Speed Sense Can also find the wire at the ECM behind the glove box, second plug from the bottom, pin 17. Reverse Light red/blue + fuse box, 28 pin plug, pin 27 hope this helps.

does your vehicle dynamics work? it should show acceleration and speed and voltage, if not it should be in a setup menu with the status of the sats. and vehicle speed, which beeps with vehicle speed. should be in the manual of how to get to it.
  14. Speed Sense blue/white under passenger seat, 8 pin plug and yes the tach wire is different from the speed sense, it shows RPM's not Vehicle Speed. hope this helps
  15. yeah thats what i thought, i checked a few but they didn't know to much, called tech support from pioneer and they said i need a can bus interface to read the grey black behind the radio for vss, and called eclipse later on n they said its a white black in driver kick n wiremagic said the same, so im just going to try all those n hopefully that works.. will let everyone here know just in case they have a ls to work on

  17. 2000 Lincoln Ls VSS, cant find it anyway any help would be appreciated
  18. yeah those t taps just cut the insulation and the metal contacts the wire inside the insulation and you tap it in with a spade, so no worries on the harness being hacked up
  19. build you own and figure it out..... why would pioneer give you a dash kit that doesn't exist? youll also need quite a few dollars worth of extra parts with onstar/door chimes youll need a gmrc03 and an antenna adapter along with fiberglass and abs to build a nice kit and some gm dash matching paint
