Pitty that, according to the manual, the dynamic volume only applies to the voice prompts...

I just looked through all 115 pages and couldn't find where this was detailed. Can you describe what this function is supposed to do? I'm guessing it sets the level of voice prompts relative to the overall volume of the music.

According to the manual, page 102:

Dynamic Volume

Increases and decreases the master

volume of the navigation guidance and

beep automatically according to the current

speed. This function is very helpful when

you are driving at high speed and there is

too much noisy to hear the guidance

instructions and beep.

Yes! Thank you jwq! That is one of the biggest issues I had with my Z2.

As long as the route guidance works better than the Z/D, I think Pioneer has addressed all of the little UI/functionality issues with the F-Series.

I saw somebody posted a message saying you could use an SD card up to 32Gb. However, in the 900BT manual it says:

SD

Compatible physical format - Version 2.00

Max capacity memory - 8Gb

File System - FAT16, FAT32

Decoding format - MP3/WMA/AAC/WAVE/MPEG4

It also says it DOES NOT support SDHC, which is a big downer. I thought non SDHC cards only came in sizes of 2gb maximum.

You are mistaken.

Just a few examples of what's out there.

I just feel obligated to point out that your 3 referenced links are for CF (compact flash) cards, not SD (Secure Digital) cards. They are different. And it is true that Standard SD maxes out at 2GB. You need SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) to exceed 2GB. The United States Manual for the 900BT says it supports a max of 8GB SDHC (aka version 2.0)
