  1. I fail because I blamed you for the time rift. I was being timecist, sorry. On the other hand, I concur. His inability to use the Quote button and noobery are very intimidating.
  2. jitendra, you write like a freakin retard. I live in North Philly, and I've seen homeless people that can write better than you. Don't bother trying to argue that point. You'll lose. Everyone has seen it happen to those that try. Similarly, I was unaware that it was "cool" to write the letter "z" after every other word after 1995. Perhaps he's stuck in a time rift. miggity79, you should be more accepting of people that may be stuck in time rifts. It's not polite to rip on people from another time. They can't help it.
  3. Aren't there signs that tell you there is a redlight camera intersection coming up? We have tons of em in philly.
  4. I don't find it to be THAT slow. Takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute to be completely started up and fully functional for me. And in that time, I've rolled down my windows, opened my sunroof, folded out my side mirrors, buckled my seatbelt, put my phone in the holder, and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, it's ready
  5. holy virtually-one-man thread, batman! I'd like to get a 32 GB storage device to hook up to my unit as well, but I'd like nail down a Make/Model that FOR SURE works 100%
  6. You definitely do not need the metal sheet. Just try to make sure that the surface you're attaching the gps to (super powerful magnet) is relatively flat. I don't use the sheet, and I always connect to 14 or so sattellites with a "green" connection in under a minute, so I'd assume it's just fine.
  7. I have a feeling nobody's answering you because you didn't try to look at the rest of the forum before posting your question. It's not an audio jack. It's an A/V jack. You need a special cable from Pioneer.
  8. I don't understand why people bitch and complain about their units not working on here. Talk to the manufacturer. If you don't like their response, do the world one of two favors: 1) Buy a different unit and quit your bitching 2) Kill yourself, and thereby quit your bitching. Seriously. No one wants to here you cry about how your unit doesn't work. Frankly, you aren't going to find any sympathy, and it's not the right place for you to complain about your unit. Talk to Pioneer.
  9. No, you are bloodninja, I am God, well, blue eyed god. My handle says so. Discuss Ahh crap. You got me. Okay, okay. I'm a demi-god. Well, either way lol
  10. 1) Nah, I just do it for the lolz 2) Yeah, son. One of the many things that: a) being at college, being one sexy mofo - will do for you haha
  11. My speed sensor was located at the diagnostic connector (OBD), below the driver's side fuse block, inside the cabin. Easy tweesy for me
  12. Let's get a list of brands of HUGE SD cards confirmed to work. Sound off.
  13. Interesting that in the manual for the F90BT, they would only state the following for SD card compatibility: SD Compatible physical format ..................................................... Version 2.00 Max capacity memory ........... 8 GB File system .................................. FAT16, FAT32 Decoding format ......................MP3/WMA/AAC/WAVE/MPEG4 Maybe they didn't anticipate compatibility with larger cards? If you definitely have a 16 GB card working, then perhaps multiples may work, like 32, 64, etc.
  14. If it takes anyone longer than 30 seconds to splice 2 wires, they have some pretty significant issues.
  15. You'll just have to wait to find out, just like the rest of us lol
  16. I would imagine it transfers all files to the unit. If not, we would lose the SD card external storage ability. Since that's a major selling point, I can't imagine that would be the case.
  17. Mr Ed, There is available, for preorder from Pioneer's website, firmware 3.0 for the F-Series for $60 US. It has been posted ALL OVER this forum, so I'm not quite sure how you missed it. Unless it's because you're a horse, of course.
  18. How many contacts do you have? I have 165, and I had no problem transferring them to my AVIC... though it did take like 3 minutes to transfer them. My only suggestion would be to go through your contacts and get rid of the other 500 people you haven't talked to in the last 5 years and have probably changed phone numbers since then anyway lol
