solved it, had to format memory stick on a windows machine not a mac now i just got to figure out why its not charging my phone

hi guys im trying to update appradio 2 now that i have an iphone 5, but its telling me the file cant be read, and to only put 1 file on the usb memory stick tried downloading the files again i only have 1 yuk file in the root folder of usb memory stick tried erasing memory stick with disk utility always to fat32 anyone know what im doing wrong?

iTunes had a back up of your previous app version as long as you didn't sync After updating, I never sync until I've tested my updates

Hi anyone know why the videos I play from my phone stopped playing full screen after originally working fine? There all 16/9 resolution and the full screen button in the video screen does nothing I haven't updated anything they just shrank one day and never went back to full screen

You have to set bypass launch alert to ignore to stop the iPhone app opening, even then the head unit still tries to launch app mode but you can kill that screen by pressing the headunits home button, one of many poor pioneer software issues I'm afraid

if they give us AR2 owners the same features of the AR3 in an update, none of us will upgrade our head unit, so i cant see it myself

most times it doesnt show me anything in the info screen either, or when it does its like: pinkflo ydwishyouwereh ere stupid i know another reason we need to open the firmware files and tweak the firmware, but we cant because not enough units have been sold in order to attract the talented dev/jailbreakers

never had any of these issues with dashcommand using a bt obd2 interface waze freezes on me when trying to use the social networking functions (latest version) nothing else freezes for me

like ive already said elsewhere, update to 8.30 you will not lose iPhone4 functionality by going to 8.3! you just need to change a setting on the head unit, something to do with the cable connection setting, info is in this forum somewhere
