whitesmoke Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 so i pretty much use the ipod all the time on my new d3 so i decided to make a little background that looks good under the ipod controls. after numerous attempts i finally came up with something that works...so here is what i came up with... [img]http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w24/whitesmoke3663/curvesdone.jpg[/img] when you are viewing the ipod controls the ipod wheel now has a nice red and white ring around it. when you hit the hide button the red curves become visible and the song title and info is in a nice little box on the bottom. i even threw in a little dropshadow for the clock to make it stand out some more. The red in the image matches the red menu options. You can use this pic as a template to make other backgrounds that also fit the same style. sorry i have been MIA on helping make more backgrounds but I have had a ton of crap going on trying to get my unit successfully installed. Even if you dont have a VW, load this image up and check it out in action. not sure if i got this pic in here or not...but i modded a startup screen for all you VW MKV fans...
