why not report him to the cops saying he tired to sell copies off the navi dvd somewhere on the internet....just not say where maybe on the VW forums or something lol...and give them his information

why would hids affect it in any way? just wondering because hids do draw less current then the stock 55watts bulbs....hids draw 35watts

mine worked also i just used Verbatim dvd+r DL the program i used was nero startsmart and the way i burned it was in the dvd section in nero startsmart i went to backup then clicked BURN IMAGE TO DISC and found the file and burned it and it worked perfectly

i have the new nano in my truck hooked to my d3 and i dont have any videos on it but i have been told by a bunch of guys that you can put videos on it and play them on your d3 but you have to control the video from your ipod like pressing play and pause and so on which is kinda lame but whatever

should be legit since the seller is amazon and not a private seller through amazon

ya i wouldnt get anything too high end if i were you just running them off your headunit the other dude is right get something rated around the same rms as the headunit puts out.......i run JL components in the rear of my truck and infinity perfect components in the front...off a new alpine amp....amazing sound quality but if your just running it off the headunit you wont need high end speakers like that

so whos ripping it and sending us all copies...and we'll send some money to cover the costs

i dont really know but i think its not good for it...

this is why im glad i dont even care to use nav on my d3....i know all the local things around here and if i make a longer trip then i take my escalade with stock nav and it works wonders lol

when you take the nav disk out it runs on memory nav...which is just what you were viewing before and a little of the area....nav isn't that functional without the navi cd in the unit. thats why i got a ipod nano for music and always keep my nav disk in.

yup unless there a junker shop im pretty sure they wont let you work on anything

dont think the video part will work out that well for you since you gotta select the video from the ipod that you wanna play and you have to go into the settings to set it to play on the d3...but the music part will work for you if it is a good deal then go ahead and buy it.....damn big storage device for songs just tuck it away in your glove box you'll love it.

well i think my post was deleted for some stupid reason or it didnt post....i dunno but ya i talked to pioneer on the phone they said dont expect a d4 till maybe end of 2008 but most likely in 2009....and that f900 he posted is not the d4 its just another model they are hoping to release to the public.

does it let you switch tracks when listening off a ipod through the d3?

stylez...buy it in chicago....but why not buy it from bestbuy they have it still got 699.99$ got mine from them brand new for that price.
