whtcrxghst
I guess. Its easy to come up with a service manual when you don't change the product for three years  interesting...http://parts.pioneerelectronics.com/par ... um=CRT4102
djmixmac
^^ LOL Â Â I was wondering if those knowledgable about the Z units elaborate on how and what can be changed in a simple DVD update? Â Â Since the Z3 is likely going to be a DVD map update, it it tough to do a interface refresh like different button styles, fonts, menus, layouts and etc from a DVD update? But you're right, it'll probably be just a map update and a few tweaks.
bigred
I wonder if they will block the bypass again with the new unit?
guiri
Wow. If you try to keep up with the latest and greatest, you are going to be waiting a lot because a brand new product is outdated the day it's released. Â Dunno bro, the Z2's been out for awhile now. dawgbone
I just noticed that the Avic Z3 is listed on PAC's site...Not that it holds water or anything. Or does Pioneer maybe give PAC a "beta" version to toy with? Kinda like Microsoft's MSDN? Or maybe they are just waiting for/exspecting it like rest of the world... Â anyhoo... http://www.pac-audio.com/swi-compatible ... re=pioneer
whtcrxghst
Why would they need a beta version? Its the same as the Z1 and Z2 only with updated maps/POI

Its the same as the Z1 and Z2 only with updated maps/POI Â Ahh...sorry, guess I'm a bit slow and hadn't kept up with my Avic411 in the past weeks... I had a PM about my install, and was linking to their directions, and came across it the other day... Â Last I knew, was a new price with additional accessories tht I saw in the latest Crutchfield...
