Please let me know if this forum or its members need specific things seeded. I am using torrentflux, and will soon create a username and password for the leaders people on this board to be able to upload their torrent file. agh Posted December 20, 2010 Report Share Posted December 20, 2010 Hey guys, just got my F700 2 days ago and this is my first post, so be gentle on me: I'm getting ready do this upgrade, but would like to do a backup of my current 2.0ver. 1) how do you perform a backup? I searched this forum for an hour and could not find instructions on how to do this... 2) if something goes wrong during my 3.1 migration, how do you restore from backup? altima_f700 Posted December 25, 2010 Report Share Posted December 25, 2010 Im new to this, it my 1st time doing any updates. Ok so i downloaded the 3.1 and copied it to my SD card. Inserted it into my unit and updated the WINCE. It told me to restart and it restarted with a screen that looks like Windows on a PC, i was able the select MY DEVICE icon but it froze up n i'm not able to select anything on the screen. I restarted it the same Windows screen came up but I still cant select anything. Im not sure where i messed up, does anyone have any ideas? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
